Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates in the technical recruiting field, with a preference for those with construction or related industry experience.
Proficiently research potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networking sites, databases, and online tools.
Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for all candidates.
Effectively promote and market our recruiting services to potential clients.
Negotiate, problem-solve, and close deals to achieve desired results.

Strong communication skills for effective persuasion, counseling, advising, and closing for action.
