About The Role

Requirements:
* Must have at least 6 months of recent experience in a similar care role within a residential care home for the elderly.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels & enjoy working in a team.
* An understanding of good care principles.
* To have a friendly, caring, empathetic and happy personality
