Head Pastry Chef position available in a luxury hotel in Cornwall.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the pastry section and managing the dedicated team.
My client is looking for a chef with a creative flair.
Requirements
* NVQ Professional cookery – between Level 1-5
* Food hygiene/safety & H&S between Levels 1-4
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills with an eye for details.
* Good time management and ability to multi-task.
* Available to work flexible shift pattern to include evenings and weekends
The hotel has a large afternoon tea following, so you will be able to create and design new elements on a regular basis.
The venue is also popular for weddings and functions, so events experience would be an advantage.
