INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOOUNTS TEAM LEADER REQUIRED TO OVERSEE A TEAM AND SERVICE / TROUBLESHOOT ACCOUNTS FOR LARGE / CORPORATE CLIENTS
TITLE: Corporate Account Manager / Team Leader - Waste Management & Recycling
SALARY: £32,000 + 15% Bonus
LOCATION: Office based role in Aylesbury
PREVIOUS INDUSTRIES: Waste Management, Recycling, Clinical Waste, Washroom Services, Workwear, Hygiene, Facilities Management, Laundry Services or similar service led sector
PREVIOUS TITLES: Account Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Internal Account Manager, Customer Retention Officer, Account Retention Manager, Contract Manager, Facilities Manager, Customer Service Manager
ROLE: Account Manager / Team Leader - Waste Management & Recycling
Look after a portfolio of client accounts
You will lead a small team
You will work to increase revenue and profitability of accounts
Actively work towards meeting and exceeding your sales targets
Maintain and build excellent client relationships
EXPERIENCE: Account Manager / Team Leader - Waste Management & Recycling
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Be a fantastic communicator who is confident building relationships with new and existing clients.
Experience leading a team
Previous Account Management experience required ideally with exposure to large customers
You will possess great written and verbal communication skills
