Description
Develop and implement HSE policies and programs
Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Initiate and organise HSE training of employees and executives
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claimsProfile
A successful HSE Manager should have:
Proven experience as a HSE Manager
Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Excellent organisational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
