Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support to criminal law solicitors, including managing correspondence and preparing legal documents.

* Perform digital dictation and transcribe documents accurately and promptly.

* Organize and manage diaries for solicitors, scheduling meetings and court appearances.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all legal and firm protocols.
* Support the team with general office duties and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a legal secretary is essential; criminal law experience is desirable.
* Strong administrative skills, including appointment scheduling and digital dictation.
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
