The Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and futures of young children aged 5-11. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and informative lessons that cater to all students' needs
Assessing and recording each student's progress, and providing feedback and support to ensure their academic and personal development
Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning
Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the curriculum and learning experience
Engaging with parents and guardians to support students' learning and development at home
Participating in school events and activities, contributing to the school community and cultureIdeal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching at the primary level
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to inclusive education that supports all students regardless of their background or abilities
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and foster a positive learning environment
