Role:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making within the organisation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven processes and contribute to system development.
Responsibilities: Data Extraction and Reporting
Create standardised reporting packs across the MAPD Group.
Extract data from Case Management Systems (CMS) for customised dashboards.
Build bespoke reports beyond the standard suite.
Integrate CMS with other systems to ensure secure data movement.
Maintain a good understanding of data security practices.
Assist in database design and potential data warehouse creation.
Contribute to CMS development, including workflows and field creation.
Provide supervision, training and support for team members.
Recommend improvements to the case management system and IT practices.Experience:
Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
Previous experience working with Legal Case Management Systems such as Proclaim, VisualFiles, Leap etc.Ideal Candidate:
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
