This job is for an experienced senior QA engineer looking for their 1st management/lead role, with proven and demonstrable leading testing activities, and evidence of knowledge of different software test methodologies, lifecycles, tools and techniques.
What you'll do:
Technically lead the test and assurance of a complex delivery by providing technical insight and guidance of how to achieve a quality driven outcome - you will own the test plan, day to day test schedule and perform some hands-on assurance.
Share your knowledge of automated testing solutions and provide ongoing support to team members.
User your soft skills to work directly with customers to understand and capture requirements/user stories, through to integration, acceptance, and customer sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions align to customer expectations.
Potentially line managing 1 person.
Travel to UK based customer sites. What you'll bring:
