Mechanical Supervisor- Sweden

Our company is partnered with a leading Contractor who is urgently looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to be working in Sweden. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will assume a crucial role in our project development and execution processes on all facets of daily site operations. Working closely with the Planning Manager and Project Manager, alongside a diverse team of engineers and industry professionals, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Ensuring all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSEQ requirements and standards.
*
Ensure all mechanical works meet project specifications & quality standards.
*
Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labor resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
*
Manage and lead the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing training & guidance.
*
Post construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
*
Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
*
Review of work packages to ensure all necessary information & permits are in place to execute the work safely and efficiently.
*
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
*
Certificate in Mechanical Craft Practice or equivalent is beneficial.
*
Demonstrable a high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
*
Knowledge of Mechanical Supervisor softwares & tools
*
Excellent communication, leadership & problem- solving skills.
*
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, installation & maintenance.
