As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the logistics and warehousing processes, from stock orders to order picks, receipt of good, staff management and full anatomy with the warehousing operation.

As a growing e-commerce brand this company are expanding their operations to include retail and wholesale distribution along with pop-up events. Working closely with the operations manager you can expect full support from the management team and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth and effective operation.

If you have experience in FMCG operations, people leadership, stock management and are looking to play a part in the on-going growth of the business with future development opportunities then this could be perfect for you.

The Role:

Management of warehouse logistics team.
Recording and management of warehouse stock.
Planning of warehouse and logistic strategies.
Ensure all orders are picked/packed correctly.
Communicate with wholesale & retail clients.
Responsible for health & safety in the warehouse.
Laise with shipping and delivery suppliers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (word/ excel and outlook).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

What you'll need:

Previous experience working in warehouse or distribution management.
Prior people management experience
Good work ethic and 'can do' attitude.
Ability to adapt to fast paced environment.
Working as part of a team and own initiative.

What you'll receive:

£40,000 - £45,000
