Class 1 HGV driver
Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Liverpool, this is on an adhoc basis covering full week / odd days holiday and sickness with a potential to become ongoing.
Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:
* Average 04:30 - 08:00 DAYS
* Average 16:00 - 18:00 NIGHTS
* Average 10–13-hour shifts
* Container collections, deliveries, set-ups, Seaforth Docks
* Min 1 year Class 1 entitlement / 6 Months container experience
* MUST HAVE DOC CARD ( recently expired is accepted)
Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete a paid driving assessment and induction prior to commencing work.
Class 1 HGV drivers will require:
* Valid UK HGV licence for 12 months or more.
* Minimum 6-month previous container experience.
* Digital tachograph card CPC card.
* Be professional and presentable at all times.
* Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
* Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
* No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99
PAYE rates are inclusive of holiday pay
* £17.93 DAYS - Monday - Friday
* £16.00 PAYE (Without holidays)
* £18.49 NIGHTS - Monday - Friday
* £19.61 Saturday
* £20.17 Sunday
* £26.00 for any night out ( optional )
* MIN 8 hours paid per shift.
