Introduction & Job Purpose

An exciting business opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Healthcare Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at GR8 Connect. With the potential to become a business partner!

This will be a 360 role which will require the correct candidate to find clients and to undertake business development opportunities. GR8 Connect will support the selected candidate to build a career with support them throughout their journey.

As an added bonus we will be offering to do a joint venture (limited time only) with the successful candidate so they are able to set up their own entity specialising in their own niche. We are willing to invest time and money and help achieve your business plan and exit plan!

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

* Building your desk and finding clients in your niche market.

* Following your business plan

* Marketing opportunities for candidates and clients

* Day to day management of the client’s requirements

* Day to day management of a live candidate pool with numbers

* Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI’s.

* Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget.

* Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and working time directive.

* Initial contract to be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with flexibility on working hours to support the business needs.

Role Requirements

* A mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships

* Advertising roles

* Understanding of the healthcare industry

* Organising and arranging interviews

* Placing candidates into roles

* Contract negotiations with clients

* You will contribute to helping the business grow.

* Implement improved business processes.

* Have goals in place (financial!)

Key Qualifications / Experience

* Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk.

* Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.

* Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.

* Able to work in a high-pressured environment.

* True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company.

* To be able to work well within a team and as an individual.

* To have a positive attitude and be confident speaking to candidates and clients over the phone and face to face

About You

At least 2-years proven track record within a recruitment and or sales background.

The drive and determination to want to build on your own business venture with GR8 Connects support.

You will have experience in recruitment or outbound sales.

You will be business minded with a desire to personally grow and build your portfolio

Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focussed.

A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.

You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.

You will be advertising, headhunting and engaging with candidates on a daily basis.

Rapport building skills are the most valuable asset you will have.
