HVAC Commissioning Manager

Would you like to work for a global leader in sustainable technology? My client is looking for a HVAC Commissioning Manager to work on a static site in the North East. This is suitable for Commissioning Managers and Senior Commissioning Engineers with experience of commissioning HVAC equipment in critical cooling environments

Package:

Single-site based
Salary £65,000 - £75,000

Role:

Lead the commissioning process for HVAC systems on multiple projects
Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
Perform system verification and functional performance testing
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during the commissioning process
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients
Document commissioning activities and prepare detailed reports
Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance
Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met throughout the commissioning process

Requirements:

Formal engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma or completed air conditioning and refrigeration apprenticeship
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC commissioning
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
