They are looking for someone to join their firm as a Credit Hire Fee Earner. This is a great opportunity for people with a range of experience dealing with Personal Injury and Credit Hire files to fast track their career progression and work closely with highly respected, experienced Solicitors and Lawyers.

What we are looking for within the role:
* The ability to effectively manage a pre-litigated and litigated caseload to ensure court deadlines and targets are met.
* Effective telephone skills and the ability to negotiate effectively to agree to an appropriate settlement.
* File handling experience within a law practice or insurer.
* Experience in Law through further education or experience.
* Experience dealing with Credit Hire files.
* Defendant experience would be a preference but not essential.

The Package:
* Monday to Friday-hybrid work with only 2 days per week in the office.
* Working for a Top 10 UK law firm with multiple chances for progression.
* Up to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
