Job Title: Estimator (Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems)
Location: Maidstone (Kent) and Manchester (Greater Manchester)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (basic) + Commission + Company Car

Responsibilities:
* Tender Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fire protection and sprinkler system projects, including commercial and residential installations.
* Cost Analysis: Evaluate project requirements, materials, labor, and other factors to determine project costs.
* Bid Management: Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop winning bids and proposals.
* Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide cost breakdowns.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating fire protection and sprinkler systems.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fire suppression systems, sprinkler design, and relevant regulations.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Driving License: A valid driving license is required for travel between Maidstone and Manchester.
