Here at Greenoak, we are seeking a Multi Trade Apprentice – someone to support the maintenance services department with providing a high quality, performance orientated service.

As our Multi Trade Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced operational, programme delivery, and administration teams and learn and assist with a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOT’s in customers’ homes. All assigned works shall be carried out in an efficient way, within required deadlines and to the highest possible standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to begin a career within the property maintenance/housing sector! We can help you work towards achieving a Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery, an industry recognised qualification and then continue to work towards a Level 2 diploma in Plumbing.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have gained a GCSE at Grade 3 or above in Maths & English (or be working towards this).

* Have a genuine desire to begin a career within the property maintenance/housing sector.

* Have a strong customer focus and excellent organisational skills.

* Be self-motivated and a strong team player.

* Be able to make sound judgement and decisions.

* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We also ask that you can make your own way to Woking 4 days a week for work and Aldershot 1 day a week for training as required.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and a valid Right to Work document.
