Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload that includes all aspects of property and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with experience in property and commercial matters.

You will be responsible for matters related but not limited to:

Rights of way
Boundary disputes
Restrictive covenants
Nuisance
Trespass
Adverse possession
Rights to lightAdditionally, you will handle disagreements arising from Property matters such as:

Commercial leases and Residential tenancies,
Dilapidations and property defects
Lease renewals, service charges, and gaining possession.On the commercial side, you will be involved in, contractual disputes and negligent provision of services.

Key Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with experience in property and commercial litigation.
Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed to providing exceptional client service.Benefits:

Salary circa £40,000-£50,000 per year.
