Property Inspector Birmingham
We are looking for individuals to join our growing team of Property Inspectors in Birmingham. No previous experience is needed as full training is provided.

About the role:
We are looking for individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours. This is not an office-based role. You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections.
This includes, meeting with clients and residents to collect and hand over keys. Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs.

What we're offering:
* This is a self employed position with the flexibility to chose your own work days / hours.
* Full training is provided which consists of online and practical training with an experienced property inspector.
* An equivalent of £20.00 per hour once fully trained working on an average day where you carry out 4-5 inspections in the same location
