We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Plainfield office location, Monday 12pm-5pm and Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information.
Obtain missing information as required.
Social media savvy (FB, Instagram, Linkrdin Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Canva
Compile buyer packets
Maintain monthly floor scheduling
Pull reports
Administrative support services
General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance.
Process buyer rep agreements.
Data entry
Requirements
Real estate knowledge is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and with a team
Professional appearance
