Commis Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef

Castle Employment Group are working exclusively with The Angel Inn in Topcliffe North Yorkshire who after an extensive refurbishment are opening in July.  We are working with the Executive & Head Chef to help build the kitchen team and are looking for a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef. This venue will offer accommodation, an 80-seater restaurant with extra seating in the garden area, also catering for events and weddings. The menu itself will offer guests the chance to sample fresh, locally sourced food cooked & presented to a very high standard.
With salaries offered up to £36,000 the chefs will also benefit from subsidised accommodation if required, NEST Pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Discount for the bar & restaurant, refer a friend scheme, employee awards & recognition and then after 6 months enrolment to BUPA health and dental care.

What we are looking for as Commis Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef at The Angel Inn:

Proven experience in relevant chef positions within fresh food venues
Excellent communication skills
Up to date with trends in the industry
Relevant catering qualifications
Food Safety qualifications
As a Chef at The Angel Inn, we are looking for a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef with the following skills & attributes:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with both the kitchen & FOH team
Ability to prioritise workloads.
Work as part of a strong small team.
Continuously strive to improve service, quality & moral
