Central Solutions Manager

About the role

As the Central Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our services are delivered with excellence around the clock. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing our 24/7 call centre, overseeing the Central Solutions Supervisor, and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of our 24-hour call centre.

Provide active supervision and support to the Central Solutions Supervisor.

Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our service offerings.

Manage and maintain our central control systems with minimal service interruption.

Administer M&E contracts including warden control, door entry, CCTV, barriers, and fire alarms.

Develop and deliver training programs on emergency rota management for new managers.

About You

Proven experience in operational management within a call centre or control centre environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Financial acumen with experience in budget management.

Commitment to promoting equality and diversity within the workplace.
