Fleet Process Manager – Rail
Midlands with UK Travel
£450 - £500 per day
6-12 month contract
Our client requires an experienced Fleet Process Manager to support the introduction of new policies across a number of depots and maintenance facilities
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the fleet production teams, develop and implement a suite of depot policies and processes to meet the requirements of the business to maintain and deliver a safe, efficient and reliable operation.
Work with the Fleet SQE manager to ensure the process align to the legislative requirements under the individual standards of 9001, 45001, 14001.
Align the process with Value Stream Mapping considering the different stakeholder at each location.
The requirement will be to support all fleet engineering locations so travel will be essential.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholder to implement change.The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with fleet engineering background and experience in similar roles.
