Pertemps Crawley are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment division are our offices in Central Crawley.
Working hours: 8:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm Fridays.
This is an entry level role and you will be provided with all the training and tools required to make a success in the industry.
The role will involve:
* Sourcing new business leads and building relationships
* Meeting and exceeding KPI and SLA targets
* Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels to sell our recruitment service
* Attracting and sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards & social media
* Interviewing prospective candidates via telephone, video and in-person
* Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current services
The Ideal Trainee Consultant will have the following knowledge, skills & experience:
* Previous work experience in a Sourcing or Sales environment
* A confident and engaging communicator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
* Target driven and able to work towards achievable targets
* Tenacious and competitive nature
* Competent IT user and able to pick up new systems quickly
You will receive:
* Basic salary up to £25,000pa depending on experience
* Uncapped monthly commission and regular incentives
* 24 days holiday + bank holidays & increasing for every year of service to 29
