Interim Group Financial Controller

Axon Moore are pleased to exclusively partner with well-established PLC in Manchester as they look to recruit an interim group financial controller for an initial 6 month contact

This role will support the Group Finance Director on the financial control and reporting

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the accurate monthly management reports ensuring compliance with IFRS
Take ownership of the annual audit and deliver the financial reporting to external stakeholders
Process improvements around financial systems, procedures and controls

The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with a proven background across IFRS, strong background of leading teams and developing relationships internally. A good system knowledge and process improvements would be advantageous.
