We have an exciting position available for a Performance Business Partner to join us!
You’ll support our aim of being a data driven, intelligence led organisation by putting in place the tools to help leaders understand their business and performance against strategic priorities through the provision of rich and meaningful insight. You'll be embedded within the business, having a root and branch understanding of operations and to provide constructive challenge, helping inform both strategic and operational decisions.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate understanding of analytics benefit to company decision making.

Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to create insight using a variety of techniques to gather evidence and evaluate intelligence.
*
Experience of synthesising complex and ambiguous information in order to drive actionable insight brought to life through communication and visualisation.
*
A track record of influencing stakeholders in the decisions they make.
*
High levels of IT literacy and experience of harnessing advances in technology to change ways of working and must be an expert in Microsoft Excel functionality, formulas, pivot tables.
*
Experience in working within complex matrix environments.
*
Ability to lead analysis projects in an organised and efficient way, achieving deadlines, while coordinating various teams involved in the project.
