Main duties:
Provide support to the French and Spanish markets

The Role:
- Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Assist with the dispatch of parcels
- Order processing
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Earn commission by upselling and cross-selling

The candidate:
- Fluent in French AND Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality
- IT literate (MS office)
