The Opportunity  
On of the regions established main contractors has a need for an experienced Design Manager to join the team.  The will allow you to pick up the project early in the design phase with the employer a big fan of allowing a Design Manager to take the project from cradle to grave.
This initial plan is to take the lead in the pre-construction phase then follow out on site for a large construction build, c£50M.  You will be leading the relationship and pre con for the further projects.  Theres a good challenge on this site to keep within regulations and provide deign solutions for the build.  
As a Senior Design Manager leading this relationship with success will make difference to both your employer and the region as a whole, truly being part of something good for the city, opening doors to further builds.
