The Opportunity for the Transactional Finance Manager:
  
We're searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Finance Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial processes. You'll provide insightful analysis to empower strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  
What the Transactional Finance Manager will be involved in:

Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payment processing, and supplier management.
Guarantee data integrity by processing all invoices correctly and swiftly within the purchase ledger system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for supplier accounts payable.
Reconcile supplier statements for complete transparency and accurate accounts payable reporting.
Initiate payments through efficient payment request preparation and submission to optimize cash flow management.
Manage vendor relationships to foster positive and collaborative partnerships, contributing to a strong supply chain.
Lead the purchase ledger team to create an efficient and collaborative work environment, promoting best practices in accounts payable.
Implement and maintain efficient purchase ledger procedures and controls, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Empower your team by providing training and support to purchase ledger staff, fostering their growth and expertise in accounts payable.   
To be successful as the Transactional Finance Manager you will need the following:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger.
3+ years of experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger processing.
Proficiency in accounts payable/purchase ledger software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience with accounts payable/purchase ledger reconciliations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills for managing high-volume workloads.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage supplier relationships and internal collaborations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors and internal stakeholders.   
The package on offer for the Transactional Finance Manager includes:

Competitive salary of £30,000 to £45,000
