Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, working within every aspect of the business. Your main duties will include:
* Engaging with Clients: Build and maintain relationships with both new and established clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
* Billing Support: Assist clients with billing inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
* Technical Support: Offer technical assistance, guiding clients through troubleshooting steps and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
* Product Education: Explain our products and services to clients, helping them understand the value we offer.
