I have a new, exclusive job that I am preparing to shortlist for interviews next week.
It's a team I really like recruiting for with a low staff turnover, great benefits and a really reasonable area around 📌West London.
One of the reasons people stay is they don't have an unrealistic area to cover. You'll do site visits a couple of days a week but never more than an hour's travel. You have my every sympathy if your current area has you hotfooting it across the City, stuck in traffic with 8 inspections left to do. Thankfully, you won't find that in this job.
There's a regional office that used for meetings from time to time but you will work remotely when you aren't on inspections.
The culture is to train and develop, then promote from within. So, if you are working in Warranty, have recently qualified or if you need extra support to get you there, I cannot recommend this employer enough.
The role will entail:
Fee quotation to clients
Managing project case load
Answering client queries and offering bespoke technical advice throughout the construction process
Checking plans
Site visits
Uploading information on to company systems
Final notices and certificates
Attending CPD when required to support the Building Safety regulation changes
