Job Description
The Field Service Manager is responsible for timely and successful customer interaction regarding job site issues and concerns. They drive Customer Experience best practices across the Shelter teams. They conduct thorough research to understand the exact needs of our customers and ensure efficient services are being offered. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead our Components and Retail Direct Claims team, where you'll be at the forefront of training, implementing procedures, and overseeing various management functions within our dedicated group
Manage resolution for Paint Warranty claims
Lead CRM automation for Field Services
Implement structure for FS support with Components and Retail Direct teams
Make recommendations and design policies that will reduce the costs and improve the efficiency of the services offered by the FS teams
Develop relationships with internal and external customers
Travel with Sales team to develop relationships with our customers and implement best practices
Represent organization in Professional groups (MBMA, IAS, AWS CWB…)
Represent Field Services in Cornerstone Building Brands organizational management
