Account Manager
We are working on a fantastic Account Manager position based in Harrogate working within a vibrant business. As an Account Manager you will manage a large number of existing accounts, creating opportunities to cross sell and upsell whilst building strong relationships.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Harrogate. Salary is £25,000 to £27,000 p/a based on experience plus a monthly bonus along with excellent benefits including gym membership, 32 days annual leave (including stats), birthday off, and employee wellbeing program.
Account Manager responsibilities:
* Managing a large group of existing accounts
* Answering inbound sales calls
* Making proactive sales calls to existing accounts
* Processing online orders
* Processing verbal orders
* Creating new sales opportunities with existing accounts
* Create and send quotations.
Requirements:
* Previous account management / sales experience
* Telephony skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive
* A positive can-do attitude
* IT literate
