Truck & Van Service Advisor (Commercial Vehicles.):

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations.

Clear Progression Plan:

First year - £26,500. + Monthly Bonus.

Second Year - £28,000pa. + Monthly Bonus.

Third Year - £32,000pa + Monthly Bonus.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customers' concerns about their vehicles and accurately document issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and repair recommendations
