Damp & Mould Removal Operative

Damp & Mould removal operatives required to work with leading housing assoicaitions maintenance team on a long running temp to perm contract.

I am looking for experienced mold removal operatives to carry out damp and mould removal on domestic tenanted social housing properites.

Full training will be provided. We are looking for people with cleaning, painting and relevant trades skills. Locations are Warwick and surrounding regions.

Job role: Damp & Mould removal work, working in a team of two. Carrying out damp and mould removal using Fungicides on domestic social housing properties. Permament roles can be offered after a temporary period.

Hours: 8 hours per day - Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week.

Pay rate: £14 - £15.50 per hour depending on experience.

Location: Depot based in Warwick & Banbury

Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

Full Uk Driving Licence
Own Van (Hire van maybe provided)
Ideally cleaning, painting or trades exprience
