The company has seen a substantial amount of growth and would be ideal for someone who is looking to hit the ground running. They are looking for Senior Accountant to join their Aldridge office.

The Candidates requirements and responsibilities for a Senior Accountant include:

Be responsible for posting and reviewing general ledger transactions, preparing and reviewing month end reconciliations, reviewing month end sales and WIP movements, monitoring and planning supplier payments, posting journals, reviewing expenses and challenging costings, reviewing bank reconciliations and other ad hoc finance tasks.
Having previous experience within an accountancy practice would be essential.
Strong Managerial and Motivational skills would be essential.
Be able to review, analyse and improve any accounts processes.
Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries regarding the accounts.
