They are seeking an additional Commercial Plumbing & Heating to join their large FM division and develop your career in the longer term.

In this role, you'll be based between different state-of-the-art education facilities in Swansea attending to a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on plumbing, heating and ventilation systems.

THE ROLE:
*Planned/reactive maintenance of facilities
*Commercial Plumbing & Heating works
*Working on student accommodation blocks and academic facilities
*Overtime available
*40 hours a week, M-F

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Plumbing & Heating Engineering role
*NVQ (min level 2) in a Plumbing
*Commercial experience
*Full Driving License
