Role – Senior/Associate Architect
Salary - £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent

Do you have recent experience in delivering large-scale residential and master planning schemes? Our client’s award-winning team in Surrey are seeking a talented Senior or Associate Architect to join their dynamic group.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Extensive experience in large-scale residential and development projects, with a focus on delivering planning projects for residential-led schemes across South and East England.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with ARB or RIBA registration.
Track Record: At least 8 years in the industry, showcasing a proven history of delivering housing projects in the UK for housebuilders and developers.
Role Overview:
Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects in the southern region.
Business Development: Assist in generating new business from existing and new clients.
