With a competitive salary range of £30,000.00 - 40,000.00 plus bonus potential, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and play a key role in our business's success.
 
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities to drive growth and maximize revenue
Utilize your expertise in the Human Resources & Recruitment sector to identify and engage with potential clients.
Work remotely and autonomously, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Identify and target potential clients in various industries, initiate contact, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand clients' hiring needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor our recruitment solutions accordingly.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships. Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within the Human Resources & Recruitment sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
Track record of surpassing targets and driving business growth
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
