HR Adviser

You will be visible and proactive, driving the partnership’s people and culture strategy forward. Your creativity and solutions-focused approach will be instrumental in managing employee relations, preparing employment documentation, overseeing absence and probation processes, administering pension and holiday schemes, and ensuring GDPR compliance.

You will be responsible for:

Providing expert HR advice, support, and guidance to the management team on all people-related matters.
Managing all employee relations cases proactively.
Preparing and issuing letters and contracts of employment for any changes to terms and conditions.
Overseeing the absence and probation process.
Administering the partnership’s pension and holiday salary sacrifice schemes and long service awards.
Managing the annual holiday process.
Monitoring GDPR compliance.
Handling the leaver process, including conducting exit interviews.
Collating monthly payroll information.
Assisting the HR Director in designing and delivering HR training to the management team.
