Role: Electrical Engineer – Testing & Inspecting
Location: Salford - Within 30 mins of home address, any travel beyond that will be paid.
Our client are recruiting for a skilled Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer to support significant growth to their operations. Successful candidates will be capable of conducting electrical testing, inspections, and repairs across housing association and local authority properties.

Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace, promptly reporting near misses, incidents, and accidents.
· Conduct fixed wire installation tests (EICR) at clients' premises.
· Identify and rectify faults detected during fixed wire installation tests (EICR).
· Accurately submit all relevant certification via tablet, using specialized software.
· Maintain a minimum 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday (between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
· Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Candidates will have:
· City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
· NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
· City and Guilds level 2 & 3 Electrical Installations
· City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (preferable, training may be provided for the right candidate)
· Previous electrical experience required in domestic environment.
· An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace
· A full UK driving licence
· A good level of IT literacy
