Job Purpose:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our content strategy, ensuring that our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful across all platforms.
As a key player in our marketing team, you will oversee the production of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and fosters brand loyalty. Your innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and achieving our business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Content Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
* Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities.
* Define content objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.
* Content Creation and Management:
* Oversee the creation, editing, and proofreading of high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
* Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
* Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging multimedia content.
* Manage all internal and external communications via Sharepoint and Email.
* Audience Engagement and Growth:
* Develop strategies to grow and engage the audience across all digital platforms.
* Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
* Foster community engagement through interactive and shareable content.
* Project and Team Management:
* Manage content projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards
* Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
* To work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives to ensure marketing naming and consistency to reach group objectives.
* To at all times monitor the Langley brand and promote and safeguard its reputation and monitor our market position and how Langley is perceived in the wider market.
* To liaise with external partners and key internal personnel in keeping websites up-to-date within individual group companies, including details of products and services.
* Responsible for establishing marketing-related analysis and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key personnel on a monthly or as needed basis.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
-Proven experience in content creation and management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
-Strong background in developing and executing content strategies across various digital platforms.
-Demonstrated experience in managing a content calendar and ensuring timely publication.
-Expertise in SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
-Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
-Experience leading and mentoring a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Ability to conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content strategies.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution methods.
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams.
-Knowledge of brand consistency and quality control in content production.
-Ability to adapt to emerging trends and technologies in content marketing.
-Experience in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
-Strong analytical skills to measure and report on content performance and ROI.
Knowledge:
-Construction industry experience (desirable)

-Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar. CRM Experience with Dynamics, Hubspot or similar.
-Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing trends, technologies, and business needs.
-Ability to maintain and enforce brand guidelines and ensure a consistent brand voice.
-Proficiency in managing and optimizing content for various social media platforms.
-Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges in content creation and distribution.
-Understanding of digital marketing principles and how content supports overall marketing strategies.
-Skill in conducting audience research to tailor content to target demographics.
-Keen awareness of industry trends and emerging content formats to keep strategies current
