Do you have wide-ranging expertise in implementing, customising and managing applications, particularly for accounting, budgetary management and purchasing? Are you adept at dealing with external suppliers and monitoring contractual performance? Then you can help drive the delivery of cutting-edge IT systems for a pan-European development bank that operates at the sharp end of social transformation.

Translating business needs into change requests and programmes of action, you will closely partner specialists in accounting, budgeting and purchasing. We will look to you to implement projects alongside external providers, document project methodologies and activities, oversee tendering and support IT architecture, infrastructure and security initiatives, so every day will bring different challenges. In particular, you will assist us in migrating our information systems to SAP S/4HANA whilst shaping the modernisation plan for our core banking systems, giving you considerable impact on the way we operate.

Responsibilities:

- To join us, you should bring:

At least a first degree in information technology, computer sciences, management information systems or a related field.
•
Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting and purchasing processes, workflows and best practice.
•
Demonstrable flair for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
•
Excellent project management, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•
Excellent command of one of the two CEB official languages (English and French), both oral and written, and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
•
Certification in SAP S/4HANA would be helpful but is by no means essential.
