Corporate Travel Consultant (US)

Salary: $48,500 pa + Benefits (10 days holiday + 6 days personal/sick days pa)

The Company:
Our client is a well-established international travel company.
Main duties:
Assisting clients with travel bookings, amendments and cancelations while offering excellent customer service
The Role:
- To answer clients’ travel demands by email and telephone both pre and post travel
- Looking after bookings throughout full process including after booking
- Increasing revenue using different sales techniques
- Creating and maintaining relationships with internal partners
- Following all internal and external travel sector changes
- Achieving company and individual targets
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in the travel, groups, events, field trips or meeting industry
- Knowledge in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient individual
- Target-driven and pro-active
- Strategic and positive attitude
Salary: $48,500 pa + Benefits (10 days holiday + 6 days personal/sick days pa)
