🎯 Responsibilities:
Increase membership base for our client, a reputable organisation, by executing inbound and outbound telesales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with our client's wide range of products and services to provide accurate information to potential members.
Deliver exceptional sales experiences to prospects, ensuring a positive image of our client is maintained.
Keep CRM up to date, maintaining accurate sales records and complying with required reporting.
Stay informed about competitor activities to navigate market challenges successfully.
Achieve individual sales targets, bringing impactful contributions to the organisation.
Safeguard members and others' personal data in compliance with relevant Data Protection legislation, including GDPR.
🎯 Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in telephone sales, with a focus on selling products and services to individuals/SMEs.
Ability to handle both cold calling and warm leads effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
🎯 Skills and Aptitudes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Tenacious approach to sales, always working to build a positive image of our client.
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed sales targets.
Exceptional questioning and listening skills, along with impeccable diary management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
