Part Time Bookkeeper

TPF Recruitment is representing a lovely independent firm of chartered accountants located in Canterbury who have an opportunity for a Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team.

Bookkeeping processing and functions

Set up and monitor bank payments on various banking performance

VAT return processing and submission

Management accounts preparation and self-review

Sales ledger functions, ability to chase debts

Credit control functions/purchase ledge functions

Build and maintain adequate knowledge within the team of all main bookkeeping software packages (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.)

Requirements

Part Time Bookkeeper requirements:

At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience

Ideally management accounts exposure

Ideally AAT or ICB qualified or part-qualified. 

A hands-on style of working.

Supportive, driven, and motivated individual.
