Customer Service Administrator
An excellent opportunity to join a growing medium sized company in a growing market, who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to help provide the team with core components & to organise their schedule. Additionally to help ensure the customer receives the quality service they deserve.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Bonus: 10% based on team performance
Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire
Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm
Benefits: Holiday, pension & on-site parking
Responsibilities
* Ordering the components for each job
* Liaising with suppliers & chasing lead times
* Contacting the customer to take the deposits and book their job in the diary
* Raise all the paperwork for the job for the teams.
* Organise the work for in-house team or subcontracting team
* See in deliveries when required.
* Register the job with the relevant body
* Order uniforms, stationery, etc.
Skill Requirements
* Great phone manner
* Very familiar with Word, Outlook, Excel.
* Very organised and good with detail.
* Problem solver.
Personality
* Sunny, ‘can-do’ person that likes talking to customers,
* Able to manage the odd customer complaint.
* Someone who is always looking to rectify customer issues as quickly as possible.
