Sales Consultant

Do you have a background in delivering strong customer service and have the ability to build lasting relationships?
I am working with a 5-star house builder that is currently recruiting for developments in Edinburgh, East Lothian, Fife and Glasgow.

-Competitive salary + commission
-Work from Thursday to Monday

Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective buyers to showcase the features and benefits of available properties, assisting with optional extras as needed.
Negotiate sales details with purchasers.
Process sales-related paperwork
Assist clients with selecting and processing optional extras.
Handle daily enquiries via phone and email
Ensure the sales area and show homes are always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Build lasting relationships with customers.
Keep purchasers updated on the progress of their new home and development.
Stay informed about the market and product knowledge.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and compiling sales packs.

Requirements:
Experience in new home sales essential.
Excellent communication, organisational skills.
Strong Microsoft skills.
Excellent rapport-building and negotiating skills.
Flexibility to work shifts as needed by the business.
Full UK Driving License.
