Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Location: Warwick/ Hybrid (two to three days per week in the office)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our client's team in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the talent management and DEI processes within the utilities industry. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's talent strategy and driving organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to leaders on talent identification and management.
Create and maintain talent management information and communications on Connect (Intranet).
Prepare quarterly packs for Exec sessions and collaborate with People Partners to ensure required input.
Design and develop talent development programmes in collaboration with the wider team.
Identify and implement ways to simplify processes and utilise systems effectively.
Track talent and DEI metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage talent visibility programmes and facilitate succession planning processes.
Conduct coaching, development, and career discussions with both talent and managers.
Support the delivery of our client's DEI plans within the business.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing talent processes.
Familiarity with talent management frameworks and succession planning processes.
A genuine passion for talent and DEI.
