Finance Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance and Accountancy Recruiter to join our established desk as part of the perm recruitment team. You will be responsible for onboarding and managing clients as well as sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates within the Finance Sector. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for managing own workload, ensuring the correct processes are followed and adding your own unique approach

- Keeping up to date with various trends and news within the Finance sector.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates

Person Specification
- Proven experience as a Finance Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Self Motivated - able to manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Able to work in a busy office environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
